1. Who we are

Phasezero Textiles Pvt. Ltd ("PHASEZERO", "we", "us") operates this online store and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your first and last name, email address, password, phone number, gender and date of birth. We send a one-time code to verify your contact details before the account is created.

When you place an order as a guest, without creating an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.

When you save a delivery address we collect the street, city, state and postal code.

When you place any order we keep the items ordered, the amounts, the delivery address, the payment method you chose and the status of the order.

When you subscribe to our newsletter from the footer of the site, we collect only your email address and a note of where you subscribed from. This is separate from your account: you can be on the newsletter list without having an account, and having an account does not automatically put you on it.

We do not ask for and do not want any information beyond this. Please do not send us identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information by email or social media.

Your gender and date of birth are stored as part of your account and shown back to you in your profile. We do not use them for anything else.

3. What we do with it

  • To create and manage your account, and to sign you in.
  • To process, deliver and keep a record of your orders.
  • To contact you about an order — confirmation, delivery, or a problem.
  • To send you our newsletter, if you asked for it. Every newsletter includes a way to stop.
  • To answer you when you contact us.

4. Payments

We offer eSewa, Khalti and cash on delivery.

When you pay by eSewa or Khalti you complete the payment on that provider's own service. We do not receive, see or store your card number, wallet PIN, or any payment credential. What we store against your order is the payment method, the amount, the transaction reference the provider returns to us, and whether the payment was verified and paid.

Your use of eSewa or Khalti is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Who else sees your information

Only us, and the fields our payment providers and delivery partner need to do their job. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not pass it to anyone not named below.

Delivery. Orders are sent to Dash Logistics for delivery. They receive the recipient's name, contact number, delivery address and location, the delivery note, whether the order is prepaid or cash on delivery, and the order value — the fields needed to bring the parcel to your door and, for cash on delivery, to collect the right amount. Nothing else about you is sent.

Payment. If you pay by eSewa or Khalti, that provider receives what it needs to take the payment, on its own service. Cash on delivery involves no payment provider at all — you pay the courier on arrival.

Analytics and advertising. Our website loads Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics on every page. These record your visit — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser — and Meta may use it to measure and target advertising. This happens through cookies and similar technology set by those companies, under their own privacy policies.

Image hosting. Product and story images are served from DigitalOcean Spaces, which will see the request for the image.

6. Cookies and what your browser stores

We use cookies to keep you signed in. Your session is held in a signed token in a cookie; signing out clears it.

Your browser also stores, on your own device and not on our servers, your shopping bag, your saved addresses and your recent orders, so that the site works and your bag survives a page reload. You can clear these at any time by clearing your browser's site data, which will empty your bag.

Meta Pixel and Google Analytics set their own cookies, as described above.

7. How long we keep it

How long we keep your data. We keep your account details for as long as your account is open. We keep order, invoice and payment records for six years after the end of the fiscal year in which the order was placed, because Nepal's tax rules require it (Value Added Tax Act 2052, Section 16, and Income Tax Act 2058, Section 81). After that period we delete them or remove anything that identifies you. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your choices

  • Your account. You can see and change your name, phone number, addresses and orders from

your account pages.

  • The newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Deletion. Write to us at [email protected] to ask us to delete your account.
  • Analytics. You can block Meta Pixel and Google Analytics with your browser's settings or an

ad blocker.

9. Security

We protect your account with a password, which is never stored in readable form, and we verify your contact details with a one-time code when you register. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Please choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

10. Children

This store is not intended for children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
