1. About these terms

This website is operated by Phasezero Textiles Pvt. Ltd ("PHASEZERO", "we", "us"), Golfutar-8, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, Nepal.

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Your account

You can browse and order as a guest, or create an account.

To create an account you give us your name, email address, phone number, gender and date of birth, and choose a password. We send a one-time code to verify your contact details. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Products, prices and availability

All prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.). The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout, including delivery.

We try to show every product and its colours accurately, but screens differ and a colour may not be exactly what you see.

Stock is limited and an item can sell out while it is in your bag. If we cannot fulfil an item after you have ordered it, we will contact you and refund that item.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and accept it. We may decline an order — for example if the item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside the area we serve, or we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

We accept eSewa, Khalti and cash on delivery.

Payments made through eSewa or Khalti are completed on that provider's own service and are subject to that provider's terms. We do not receive or store your card number, wallet PIN or any payment credential — only the payment method, the amount, the transaction reference and whether the payment succeeded.

For cash on delivery, payment is due in full when the order is delivered.

6. Delivery

We dispatch orders inside Kathmandu Valley within 24 hours. Outside the valley, delivery takes no more than 2–3 days, depending on location.

Delivery costs Rs. 125. We sometimes run campaigns during which delivery is free; when one is running, the checkout shows the delivery charge as Rs. 0 and that is what you pay.

These times are our normal service and are not guarantees. Weather, festivals, strikes and other things outside our control can delay a delivery.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

If a product does not live up to your expectations, or arrives damaged, tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Email [email protected], or send a photo or video to our Instagram account, and we will arrange an exchange or a refund.

Please keep the item in the condition it arrived in until we have agreed what happens next.

8. Using the site

Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to harm anyone.

The exclusive collection may be shown behind an access code. Sharing that code, or using one you were not given, is not permitted.

9. Our content

The PHASEZERO name and logo, our product photography, our written stories and the design of this site belong to Phasezero Textiles Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

You are welcome to share our pages and posts as they are.

10. Reviews and anything you send us

If you send us photographs, videos or comments — including to arrange a return — you allow us to use them for that purpose.

11. Our responsibility

We take responsibility for delivering the products you have paid for, in the condition described.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for the acts of the payment providers or delivery partners beyond our control, or for the site being briefly unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nepali law that cannot be limited.

12. Third-party services

This site uses Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics, and serves images from DigitalOcean Spaces. Payments are handled by eSewa and Khalti. Deliveries are carried out by Dash Logistics. Those companies' own terms apply to their services. What information reaches each of them is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and Nepali law applies to any dispute arising from them or from an order placed through this site.
